We decided to call Thomas Air Conditioning based on the high number of very good reviews they had received. We weren't disappointed. Stephen the technician turned up right on time, was very friendly and worked efficiently. He checked and serviced the unit itself then fitted a new digital room thermostat which is a major improvement over the old one and which appears to have fixed the problem.
