Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a problem with our gas central heating not turning on intermittently from the room thermostat. We decided to call Thomas Air Conditioning based on the high number of very good reviews they had received. We weren't disappointed. Stephen the technician turned up right on time, was very friendly and worked efficiently. He checked and serviced the unit itself then fitted a new digital room thermostat which is a major improvement over the old one and which appears to have fixed the problem.
Definitely recommend Thomas Air Conditioning for any heating or cooling issues.

Emergency AC Repair FAQ

What is considered an emergency AC repair?

An emergency AC repair is when your air conditioning system suffers a catastrophic breakdown. This can be caused by a variety of factors and that's what our specialist team is there to diagnose. Lucky for you we also do regular repairs for non-urgent issues.

How quickly can you arrive for emergency repairs?

We strive to get an air conditioning technician to your home within the day. We will always prioritise emergencies as we want our fellow Melburnians to be comfortable at all times.

How much does emergency AC repair cost?

We won't charge extra, nor will we charge exorbitant prices for repairs. We know you're in trouble that's why our pricing model is consistent and transparent, with no additional fees and extras. Before we start working you'll know the cost to ensure you're comfortable with going ahead. However there are cases where we have to replace a certain part in order to know if another part is the actual cause.

What areas of Melbourne do you serve for emergency AC repair?

We serve Bayside suburbs and all surrounding suburbs, including the north, east, south, west, and Melbourne CBD.

Can I get emergency AC repair for a split system unit?

Yes, we provide emergency air conditioning repairs for split systems, multi-head split systems, evaporative coolers, ducted air conditioning, and more.

Can you really respond to my emergency within 10 minutes?

Yes, if you fill out our contact form, we will respond to your enquiry within 10 minutes. If we are not able to then it won't be much time after that. The best way to get a hold of us is to call during business hours and we will immediately be able to help you.

Can you repair my air conditioner on the same day?

Emergency air conditioning repairs in Melbourne are our priority and 99% of the time we will be able to repair on the same day. There are some circumstances when we are fully booked or delays occur which we will notify you of.

Are you going to charge me thousands of dollars for a repair?

We hope not. In the case of a complete system breakdown it can indicate a major problem with your AC. We won't spend any longer than necessary to send out an repairman to diagnose and fix the issue.
